• What form of payment do you accept?
We accept only to pay with PayPal. Your order will be forwarded in the order progress to the official PayPal homepage. There you can complete the payment with your credit card. If you are not yet a PayPal client, you also have the option to pay as a guest. As soon as we have received the confirmation by PayPal we will ship the products to your address.
• Is it safe to use my credit on your site?
Yes! Sabrina Fossi Design understands that the safety of your personal information is extremely important to you. We use a wide array of electronic security measures and devices to protect your personal data and credit card information from unauthorized access. Our Pay Pal partner is safety.
• To which countries does Sabrina Fossi Design deliver?
We deliver Worldwide except for lighting segment that is strictly only in Europe.
• How long does it take to deliver my order?
The products are shipped immediately. Approximately delivery time by Country:
- Italy 2-4 working days
- European Countries 3-5 working days
- United States 3-7 working days
- Outside EU 3-10 working days
• How do you ship the product?
We ship with BRT to all European destinations, with UPS to US and Canada and EMS to the rest of the World. We cannot deliver to a Post Office Box.
• What if the product is faulty?
For a swift resolution, please email us photos of the product to and be sure to also include a description of the fault and the circumstances surrounding how the fault arose. We will assess the situation and provide you with the most convenient solution, as well as the replace of it.
• Can I make an appointment?
You're very welcome to make an appointment and to come into our headquarters to see our materials and some of our design options in person, and we'll help you to create your perfect product.
