Sabrina Fossi Design reserves the right to amend this Agreement at any time, without any notifications.
Any business dealings with Sabrina Fossi Design shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Italy. United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG) and any other intergovernmental conventions, even if they have been subsumed into Italy law, shall not apply.
USE OF OUR SERVICE
• Eligibility
You may use the Service only if you can form a binding contract with Sabrina Fossi Design, and only in compliance with these Terms and all applicable national rules and regulations. If you are under 18, your parent or guardian must act on your behalf, and will be responsible for your use of and access to the Service; this includes financial responsibility for any items you purchase through the Service.
• Price and Shipping Costs
When placing an order, the price quoted on the article page at the time of the order is the valid one.
Shipping costs are being charged for every order. The shipping costs are not included in the quoted price. They depend on the size and the weight of the respective product, the shipping mode, and the country of delivery.
• Data and Payment
All information that you provide in connection with a purchase must be accurate, complete, and current. You agree to pay all charges incurred by users of your credit card or other payment method used in connection with a purchase. Also you will pay any applicable taxes, relating to any such purchase order.
Sabrina Fossi Design may add new services for additional fees and charges, or amend fees and charges for existing services, at any time in its sole discretion. Payments are being settled by use of credit cards or bank account via PayPal. Sabrina Fossi Design may restrict the User to certain payment methods in individual cases.
• Delivery
Sabrina Fossi Design usually ships the goods Worldwide, except for lighting segment that is strictly only in Europe. Approximately delivery time by Country:
- Italy 2-4 working days
- European Countries 3-7 working days
- United States 3-7 working days
- Outside EU 3-10 working days
If Sabina Fossi Design specifies a delivery time or a delivery period, that time or period is only obliging if it has been confirmed as obliging in an explicit and written form. A product is only being shipped if the complete purchase price and shipping costs have been credited to Sabrina Fossi Design account.
The User takes the responsibility that the ordered goods can be delivered at the indicated delivery address within normal working hours. If Sabrina Fossi Design cannot deliver a product three times in a row for reasons the User has to account for, Sabrina Fossi Design may withdraw from the contract. In such a case the payment of the User will be returned immediately less the costs for the unsuccessful tries to deliver.
Damages incurred during shipping should be reported immediately to the carrier and Sabrina Fossi Design. This message has no effect on the user's warranty rights, but may facilitate any claims Sabrina Fossi Design may bear against the carrier.
• Return
Returned products must be in their original packaging, with instructions and all parts included, in a fully reasonable condition. Items must not have been used or assembled in any way. Sabrina Fossi Design reserves the right to refuse a refund on any item not deemed to be reasonable or if any of the above terms have been breached.
The parcel and its contents are your responsibility until they are received at our warehouse, therefore we recommend you use a registered postal service and retain proof of postage. Sabrina Fossi Design is not responsible for returned products being lost or damaged in transit. Please ensure the product is packaged in good enough quality transport packaging to avoid any damage during transport back to our warehouse, so that the product arrives at our warehouse in a reasonable condition.
The package back to the warehouse is at your own expense. Once the products have been returned to the warehouse their condition will be checked and the refund will be made within approximately 30 days. No refunds are possible for products received in conditions not complying with the return terms. The refund will be automatically paid into the credit card used to make the purchase and via PayPal. You will receive confirmation by email at the address indicated on the order.
- I have received an incorrect item
Every so often mistakes do happen, but we do our best to sort them out as smoothly as possible. If you have received an incorrect item in your order, please contact our Customer Care team at order@sabrinafossidesign.com, and we will organise a free collection service to pick the item up from you. Wherever possible, we will endeavour to organise a replacement item for you.

• Voucher
Vouchers are only valid for the period of time specified at the time they are issued and may not be applied to a different sale than the one specified. Vouchers may not be transferred to other users.
Vouchers cannot be used for shipping costs. Vouchers cannot be reimbursed if you return an order, in part or in its entirety, or if an order can only be partly delivered.
Sabrina Fossi Design reserves the right to accept only One Voucher per order.
Lost or stolen Vouchers cannot be reimbursed. Sabrina Fossi Design does not assume liability for lost Vouchers.
• Privacy
By using the Service, you are consenting to have your personal data collected, used, transferred to and processed in the Italy.
The information that Sabrina Fossi Design collects and store relating to you is primarily used to enable us to provide our services to you. In addition, we may disclose the information to third parties to comply with legal obligations or to comply with orders from public authorities.
• Our Proprietary Rights
Except for your User Content, the Service and all materials therein including, without limitation, images, text, graphics, illustrations, logo, copyrights and all Intellectual Property Rights related thereto, are the exclusive property of Sabrina Fossi Design and its licensors. Use and / or forgery of the Sabrina Fossi Design content or materials on the Service for any purpose not expressly permitted by is strictly prohibited.
